NOVOSENSE has launched a new four-channel/eight-channel (4CH/8CH) digital input (DI) isolator NSi860x, which is suitable for 24V digital signal input in industrial applications. Its main application fields are industrial control, such as PLC, servo, frequency converter, etc. Unlike digital isolators, the input stage of isolated DI is current-mode input, and integrated with current limit, the maximum allowable input voltage within the range of - 60V to 60V is converted into logic output.

High integration and stability

SiONSi860x is a digital isolator based on nano-core micro-capacitor isolation technology. It can receive - 60v~60v digital input signals, and is compatible with the current input form of optocoupler. It does not require on-site power supply, and can provide isolated digital output. The product uses OOK modulation mode to modulate the input signal, transmit it to the secondary side through the SiO2 barrier, and output it through the buffer stage after demodulation.
