NCA8244/NCA8244L is an eight-channel buffer/driver, which is used to improve the drive capability of transceivers and clock drivers facing the bus side and ensure the integrity of signal timing. It provides four transmission channels in two directions, and has output enable control (/OE) of low-level enable respectively. When/OE is low, NCA8244/NCA8244L transfers data from input port A to output port Y. When/OE is high, the output port is in high resistance state. During power-on and power-off,/OE should be connected to VCC through pull-up resistance to ensure that the output port remains in high resistance state. NCA8244/NCA8244L can support 5.5 V input voltage, and each channel supports the maximum 24 mA current drive capability. All unused input ports must be kept in VCC or GND state to prevent VCC overcurrent.

NCA8T245
NCA8T245 is an 8-way buffer/driver with two independent power supplies, and the power supply voltage range is 1.65V~5.5V. The level of port A refers to VCCA, and the level of port B refers to VCCB, so it supports two-way conversion between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.5V. NCA8T245 is mainly used for asynchronous communication between two data buses and provides a direction control terminal (DIR) for two-way transmission of control data. When the DIR is high, the chip transmits data from A end to B end; When DIR is low level, data is transmitted from B end to A end. Output enable/OE level follows VCCA, low level enable. When/OE is high, the output terminal is in high resistance state. During power-on and power-off,/OE shall be connected to VCCA through pull-up resistance to ensure high resistance state of output terminal. The level of terminal A refers to VCCA, and the power supply voltage range is 4.5V~5.5V; The B terminal level refers to VCCB, the power supply voltage range is 2.7V~3.6V, and supports two-way level conversion of two voltage ranges. NCA84245 is mainly used for asynchronous communication between two data buses, providing a direction control terminal (DIR) to control the data transmission direction. When DIR is logically high, data is transmitted from A to B; When DIR is logic low, data is transmitted from B to A. Output enable/OE level refers to VCCA, low level enable, when/OE is high level, output is in high resistance state.
