The latest announcement of Polar Ocean Semiconductor is based on 32-bit ARM ® Cortex ®- Industrial-grade standard APM32S103 series MCU with M3 core. This series of new products, as APM32F103 series iterative products, increase production line resources and improve the supply chain; Compared with the APM32F103 series, the APM32S103 series expands the internal integrated SRAM storage capacity to 36KB, increases the internal data storage space during the user program operation to improve the data exchange ability, and the QSPI communication peripheral can support a maximum rate of 4 * 18MHz.
The new APM32S103 product adheres to the design concepts and product production standards of APM32 MCU with high performance, high stability and high reliability, and has enhanced peripheral functions, which can meet the requirements of industrial product performance standards. Users can conduct product development and design in a variety of automatic control system applications, such as automatic control, electric equipment, security system, automotive electronics and other application fields.
APM32S103 enhances the standard performance of the chip, and can cover the APM32F103 series of products on the hardware pins and software. The main operating frequency can reach 96MHz, the operating voltage range is 2.0V~3.6V, and the operating temperature range can cover - 40 ℃~+105 ℃, meeting the standard requirements of commercial and industrial environmental temperature.
Rich on-chip resources bring more adaptive options for user application scenarios with standard functions and high reliability; At the same time, an FPU coprocessing unit dedicated to floating-point operations is built in and hung on the AHB bus, which can quickly process more complex floating-point operations, such as the decoding algorithm of the scanning gun, PID algorithm, fast Fourier transform, etc., to speed up the system processing capacity.
